It doesn't happen very often: #1 vs. #2 are going to meet in the championship game next week at 8pm.

First Meeting (Week 2): Bulls & Bears 43 Big Mike's 31

Josh Langham's only absence of the season came during this tilt, and Big Mike's missed his 17.7 PPG (4th in league) as they struggled accordingly. Rob Simmons led his team with a mere 8 points. Bulls & Bears were led by Paul Demke's 14 points, while Patrick Schoettler added 10 points and 16 rebounds in the winning effort.

Second Meeting (Week 9): Big Mike's 49 Bulls & Bears 44

Jay Irby (B&B), whose 16.6 PPG ranked fifth in the league, was held to a season-low 9 points in the contest. Bulls & Bears played without Demke and Darin Adler. But Schoettler had his best game of the season, going for 27 points and 20 rebounds.

Langham was the star for Big Mike's as he scored 19 points and pulled down 12 boards. Pat Jackson chipped in 10 points. Big Mike's held a healthy lead throughout the game, but nearly let B&B back into the game by missing 8 consecutive free throws down the stretch.
