Changes to League Bylaws and Policies

The following changes were made by the Board of Officers to the league documentation, applicable for the 2012-2013 season:

Policies and Procedures:

1. In 02.01, changed to 2012-2013 season, and starting date is October 17th

2. In 03.03, changed player fee to $80

3. In 03.03, added 03.03.05 subsection, which states that players who pay a sponsor fee out of their own...
